  • Medical and Dental Insurance: Terradyne offers United Healthcare and pays a flat amount toward the plan of your choice. Our company covers the cost of the basic dental plan, so it’s no cost to you.
  • Vision Insurance: Our Vision Insurance is a minimal cost per pay period for each employee.
  • Life Insurance: We offer a $30,000 policy paid for by the company. Additional voluntary life insurance is available at good rates.
  • 401k: For your 401k plan, our company matches the first 3% of contributions at 100% and the next 2% at 50%.
  • Paid Time Off: PTO is accrued weekly. Accrual rates increase with years of service.
  • Holiday Pay: All major holidays, including Good Friday, are paid for each employee. Veterans receive holiday pay on Veteran’s Day.
  • Company Events: Terradyne hosts events throughout the year, such as charity events and our annual Christmas party.
